Matevž is from Ptuj, a Roman town in North East Slovenia, and has been sous-chef at Michelin Starred Hiša Denk for 13 years. Despite a career on the savoury side of the kitchen, it is chocolate that is Matevž’s true passion. It was born out of his travels to Paris and Barcelona, visiting little chocolate shops and watching artisan chocolate makers. His background means a love of combining sweet & savoury: meat, chocolate, coffee and vegetables all inspire his low batch creations.

This selection includes: passion fruit & tonka bean, banana & peanut, redcurrant & bourbon vanilla, beetroot & raspberry, coffee & lemon, pistachio & horseradish.
