The Passero estate has been in the Passero Lipič family for generations and it is currently run by Tomaž and his wife Jasmina. A small family run business that makes wonderful artisan chocolate bars and pralines using local flavours, and also makes their own pumpkin oil.
Pumpkin Oil is a staple in Slovenian cuisine, mostly used as a salad dressing but pairs well with other dishes as well - especially drizzled over vanilla ice cream.
